1. Stock and Availability

We always try to ensure that only accurate and up to date information is placed on our website. In the event that incorrect information is included in the Custom Performance Garage website or Online Shop, we will place a correction notice on the store front page at first opportunity. Additionally, while we do our best to ensure all listed items are available and supplied as soon as possible, we are not responsible for any delays with our suppliers.

2. Intellectual Property

All items and materials displayed on this website (information, photographs, artwork, graphics, names, logos and trademarks) are the property of Custom Performance Garage therefore are protected by intellectual property laws. Commercial use of content is restricted to entities which have obtained permission from CPG. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material to any third party without the prior written consent of Custom Performance Garage. CPG does not grant license or right in its intellectual property rights in the content or applications incorporated into the website.

3. Accuracy

Care has been taken to ensure that the products and descriptions of them on this site are accurate. We do not, however, promise that it is accurate or free from errors or omissions and we reserve the right to make any necessary corrections and/or cancellations. You should enquire with us directly to ensure the accuracy and currency of the material you seek to rely upon.

4. Unacceptable Orders

Custom Performance Garage reserves the right to reject or cancel an order if, in the sole opinion of Custom Performance Garage staff, it is unacceptable in any way.

5. Stock Availability

Custom Performance Garage always endeavours to supply all items listed in our online shop as quickly as possible. If an item becomes unavailable for any reason, it will be removed from the Custom Performance Garage Online Shop or otherwise updated to reflect changes as soon as possible. However, there may be unavoidable occasions such as when:

Part of your order is unavailable
All of your order is unavailable
Any and all parts that can be supplied will be dispatched as soon as possible. If we cannot fill your order for any reason you will be advised as soon as possible by email or telephone.

6. Delivery Standards

Custom Performance Garage always dispatches orders as soon as possible. We operate on normal business days and hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) and ship on these days only. All orders with stock on hand will be processed the same business day and shipped within 24 hours. Tracking numbers will be supplied for all items where appropriate shipping options have been selected and paid for.

Items may be delivered to you individually and/or separately where they are fulfilled from different locations or suppliers.

7. Incorrect Information Supplied

Custom Performance Garage reserves the right to reasonable additional delivery time if any information supplied by the customer is incorrect or otherwise incomplete at the time of purchase.

Additionally, we may place your order on hold if any of the following situations arise:

Where fraudulent activity is suspected
Where incorrect details have been supplied (including credit card details)
Where correct details are supplied but funds are not approved
In any of these situations Custom Performance Garage will attempt to contact the customer using the details supplied at the time of purchase, and will do everything possible within reason to resolve the issue.

Custom Performance Garage is not responsible for order fulfilment issues resulting from incorrectly supplied information.

8. Goods and Services Tax

All prices are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). An appropriate tax invoice will be supplied at the time of purchase.

9. Governance

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. In the event of a dispute you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the Federal Court of Australia
